You will need to contact them directly or file a dispute through Paypal.

If you just purchased a product from MyLawyer Directory Canada, please note that it has to be reviewed first and approved by a MyLawyer Directory Canada Administrator before its approved.

All payed submissions are usually approved within 12 hours of your submission or sooner.

The PayPal payment also has to be completed and not be in pending status. Especially for e-checks or direct bank transfers as this form of payments can take up to 5-6 business days to clear and deposit it into our account.

All other payments, like credit cards or direct funds from your Paypal account is usually instant but can take up to 20 minutes to appear on the dashboard as Paypal may be experiencing high volume of traffic.
